Test use tox
===========================
1. run tox in tosca-parser sub project

.. code-block:: bash

    # change directory to tosca-parser
    cd parser/tosca2heat/tosca-parser

    # run with pep8
    tox -epep8

    # run unit test
    tox -epy27
