terms of SFQM contributions to DPDK.

Future work for SFQM entails:

* Working closely with the Doctor project to integrate the upstreamed features
  in DPDK.
* Upstreaming the implemented collectd plugins: dpdkstat, ceilometer.
* Integrating DPDK KA with Monasca.
